John and Nikki are Raleigh, NC natives and have three beautiful boys.
As brand founders themselves, they have always taken the time to ensure that they become heavily involved in all the processes of brand perfections and growth, and spending time with the fulfillment and assembly team has been as integral part of that.
After developing a solid relationship with the established and seasonal fulfillment team from the former businesses within this warehouse facility, when the opportunity was presented to them to start a new company, and inherit this hardworking dynamic group, they immediately decided to take on the endeavor!
Their first steps were to add additional employees at both the management and fulfillment level, and invest in the newest and most innovative technology, VeraCore! VeraCore aids the customer in inventory management, shipping, and customizes the needs within your brand specifications. They have also implemented digital invoicing. These invoices have been arriving as an email, via QuickBooks, where the client can easily pay their invoices on time, using a credit card or bank transfer. This feature also allows you to download your itemized services per fee and track your expenses in a more modern and organized fashion.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Steve has over 40 years of experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain with multiple Fortune 500 Companies ranging from Aerospace to Cosmetics. He has spent the past 16 years in contract Manufacturing, Packaging, Returns and Fulfillment helping the two largest on-air retailers deliver product safely to Distribution Centers, DTC or B2B.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Barry oversees the products through the production and fulfillment process to make it an easy transition as possible. Barry has an Industrial Engineering degree from NC State and has worked over years in manufacturing and fulfillment industries.
VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
David leads the efforts of the Marketing and Sales functional teams. His position is responsible for managing the business development function and strategy around short and long term revenue growth and profitability. He monitors business results/metrics and adapts sales strategies and tactics. His position is also responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of account and sales plans.
